One less lonely girl

Last thursday, Justin Bieber performed in Stadium Merdeka Kuala Lumpur. While performing "One Less Lonely Girl", there's one lucky girl was picked out randomly from the audience to be on stage with Justin Bieber. Sure she won't be able to sleep after that and right now the video is all over the internet. Even someone just beside her in the Stadium claimed that she knows her. Can't deny that she's damn lucky to hold his hand.

Jessica Biel Workout

Workout Regimine:
  • Stretch: One of her favorite warm-ups is the walking lunge. “This stretches the larger leg and glute muscles,” says Walsh. How-to: With feet together, lunge first with right leg. Bring left foot alongside right. Lunge with left. Do 8-10 per leg.
  • Cardio: “It’s the cardio that leans her out,” says Walsh. After a ½-mile jog, they hit the track for two 200-meter, 150-meter and 100-meter sprints. Comment: this type of training is extremely effective HIIT. For more detailed information, look here.
  • Core: “Hanging leg raises don’t build a six-pack, but they flatten,” says Walsh. “Jessica hates them, but she powers through!” How-to: Hanging from a high bar or rings, pull knees up slightly above waist. Do three sets of 15 repetitions.
  • Plyometrics: “These hurt,” says Walsh of stair jumping. “Even athletes hate them. After Jessica did these the first time, she would’ve punched me if she had the energy.” How-to:Jump from the bottom step of a flight of at least 20 stairs to the third. Keep going, skipping a stair each jump.
  • Weight Training: “We tend to use lighter weights and do more reps,” he says. “We keep moving, so it becomes a cardio workout too.”
  • For the waist: They do the Russian Twist. Sit down and lean back slightly. Hold a 5-lb. medicine ball and twist from side to side, 15 twists per side, three reps.
  • For shoulders/biceps: Stand with knees slightly bent. Hold 10-lb. weights in each hand. Curl to chest. Rotate hands, palms face outward. Press overhead together. Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps.

Diet Plan:
  • One type of food that Walsh choose to highly emphasize were so called “clean foods.” Basically, Biel eats a mostly natural diet for best health. “She eats complex carbs at the beginning of the day,” he says, “and tapers off by the end.”
  • Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal with handful of berries.
  • Snack: 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1-1 ½ tbsp. of almond butter and sliced bananas on top.
  • Lunch: Salad with 5-6 oz of chicken, vinaigrette dressing.
  • Snack: A banana, apple or strawberries.
  • Dinner: 6oz. of fish, plate full of veggies, 1/2 cup of basmati rice.

Video Calling

A technology used to make voice and video calls over the Internet. Its not new but from time to time is being developed. Video phone calling was first trialled a few years back over standard phone lines, but these lacked the bandwidth to support stable video calls. Now that more and more homes have moved over to higher-bandwidth broadband services, video calling is now possible in higher quality, and users of services such as MSN Messenger have been able to use webcams to do two-way video for a couple of years now.

Although now 3G technology is available, its kinda costly to talk for long hours. Video calling over the internet  is more preferable especially when being far from the one you love. Its impressive how easy our life has been with all the technologies available. Imagine in those days, news spread really slow. Nowadays, within minutes news spread all over the world. You're able to communicate with another person in different time zone. However I find it still not enough because through video calling its still virtual contact with another person. You able to speak and see the person but it will never be the same as physical contact. Furthermore, not everyone like to stay in front of the computer for so long.

p.s. i'm addicted to internet i think i'm alright :P

Friend request

I can say that virtual friends most of the time can't be trusted. They might have bad intention, they just want to try their luck with girls. How many people out there believe that you can actually find your true love via internet? i would say most of us will say no including me. Anyhow to be fair, I did say "most of us" because there are cases where people found love via internet, either facebook, chatroom, myspace, friendster..etc. I would say these people are lucky. :-)

However, I do believe everyone is not the same. I found some really good friends through facebook, although we haven't meet personally.

p.s. a friend in need is a friend indeed

Confused

I am confused. Everything comes at one go. I hate to choose because in the end I have to choose the options which makes everyone happy but I'm not :(
